Do you ever got lost in translation? It makes sense, due to the economic situation, that many people are finding themselves questioning what’s next. Some prefer to think that the stock market will never recover yet others find themselves hopeful that this problem will be achieved. Maybe it does come down to your preference between either the glass is half full or half empty. In FFP’s thinking, the government and the people can work together by international networking. Though it’s easy to say that all our problems can be fixed in one sentence, @FacesForPeace seems to think that we all can call ourselves global citizens in which our duty is to become one.   

This picture was taken in the Donghan Village, China. Having just been there for some time, the cuteness of these girls’ faces has no relation with how truthful they are. These girls before you are pickpocketers. Shocker? Though I thought the village that we stayed at was one of middle class, I suppose my judgement was a bit off. BTW, all this talk of China becoming a rising power is got me thinking. As I do believe China is a rising and anxious state I’m not quite sure its people will remain obedient and loyal as I here the middle class will have to endure a bit of a financial pull.

I don’t know how our domesticated animals may perceive us, but what if they knew more than us. I’m fascinated with “what ifs” but scared more with many outcomes. What if authority was Big Brother such as in 1984? We’d all be screwed. Facebook would have us wrapped around their little fingers. There would be no such thing as privacy. Shit. Who knows. 

If we (humans) know that we are not the only ones living on this planet, why can’t we officially understand our differences? Is this worth the sacrifice of a species? Never.
